That is amazing. All of that unopened and fresh food. That is the only thing to dislike about the restaurant industries.. wastefulness. As a chef it drove me CRAZY to throw out food. I was fortunate to work w/ waste-less chefs for years, but culinary school was the WORST about being wasteful. If any of you live next to a culinary school check THAT dumpster out.
